Nexus Arc, including its proprietary source code, user interface, branding,
assets, workflows, and application-specific components, is closed-source
proprietary software. No source code for Nexus Arc is licensed or distributed
under an open-source license.

The software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the applicable end-user license
terms, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to
install and use Nexus Arc for personal or internal business purposes.

Nexus Arc includes separately licensed third-party components. Those components
remain subject exclusively to their respective license terms. Nothing in the
Nexus Arc license limits rights granted by an applicable third-party license.
The third-party notices and license texts are provided in the Legal directory.

Open-source notices, source-code links, and source offers apply only to the
specifically identified third-party components. They do not apply to Nexus Arc
or require disclosure of the proprietary Nexus Arc source code.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law. Users are responsible for maintaining independent
backups and verifying imported media before deleting or modifying originals.
